STROZZAPRETI TRICOLORE 500GR

Strozzapreti clams and chickpeas
Step 1: In a pan crush the garlic in a shirt with a little extra virgin olive oil; add the clams and cover to make them open by spraying them with a glass of white wine. Once they are ready, they slip away and put aside
Step 2: In another pan, heat a little oil, add another clove of garlic in a shirt, pepper and a small sprig of rosemary. The chickpeas are added, previously boiled, they are browned and seasoned with salt and pepper. Three tablespoons of tomato sauce and a little water are added and the cooking is continued for about 10-15 minutes. Once cooked the chickpeas are added to the clams.
Step 3: Finally the pasta is read in abundant salted water and then transferred to the pan with the sauce. They jump and serve in serving dishes.
